Par exemple, l’un des changements a consisté à construire un nouveau hangar, ce qui a non seulement réduit les coûts de chauffage, mais a également créé un environnement de travail plus sûr et plus confortable pour son personnel; Parmi les autres changements majeurs, mentionnons l’ajout de vols réguliers vers plus de destinations à travers le Canada, l’introduction de ventes à rabais saisonnières et d’autres stratégies de marketing pour fidéliser les clients, ainsi que la signature d’une entente interlignes pour les bagages des passagers avec Air Canada.

Tom and I learned a number of valuable lessons during the two-day session that will help focus our team on this exciting project.
